Project overview
This project involved the conservation and conversion of the original 18th-century fort and associated buildings, refurbishment of the existing hotel and the design of a new hotel block. The project also included the design and construction of the new Palisades restaurant, pool and bar facilities, and a 200-seat conference center completed by ADS. The storefront window and door installations are ongoing, and preparations are being made for the render rock external wall finishes.
