Since our inception in Dominica, ADS Construction Inc has stood as a proud contributor to the island’s rebuilding efforts following the devastating Hurricane Maria of 2017. Our involvement in pivotal projects, ranging from school and hospital constructions to home rebuilding and roof replacements, reflects our dedication to the welfare of our community.
In a remarkably short period, ADS has grown into one of the largest construction firms in the Caribbean. Currently spearheading the largest school project on the island, we are also engaged in several other critical development initiatives for both the public and private sectors.

Our Team
Ronald Roberts
Ronald, a seasoned Construction Professional operates in a role termed as “Second Man” to Chris John. Ronald brings a unique style of management, operating in flexible roles from Logistics to Project Management throughout the company.
Oniel Lepps
Specialist finisher, generally considered the clean up man. Comes in towards the end of the project and gives it the ADS final touch.
Roy Stephen
Roy the Builder is an unstoppable force taking on any task none of which are too big or impossible. Roy hails from a small village in the North East of St Vincent and the Grenadines and has been with the company from inception in Dominica.
Roshiek Sawyers
ADS Quantity Surveyor, Joined the company in 2019 and is the head of the quantity surveyor department.
Ivan Alexander
Assistant QS to Roshiek but also multi-talented in architectural design and construction detailing.
Maya John
Maya Joined ADS during her last year of university and has since completed her degree in Economics and Management. Maya holds the post of Office Manager.
Jonbonet Thompson
Quiet and Unassuming but a stickler for detail. Jonbonet (JB) sister student of Antonia, forms the engineering backbone of the company.
Antonia Lawrence
A brilliant young engineer graduating in 2021 shortly after joining the company as Junior Engineer. Antonia is from Spanish town Jamaica
Olani Copiel
Olani is a proud Dominican young lady whose warm smile greets all clients to ADS Construction Inc at our front office.
Joyette Davis
Joyette is the longest standing member of the team joining the company at a tender age and growing leaps and bounds within.
